3 GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ROWER
3.1 W-45 ROWING MACHINE
3.2 W-45 FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
The W-45 Rower can be conveniently folded and easily rolled to save
space or make moving easy.
Folding Instructions:
Hold the D-Handle on the central beam while simultaneously pulling out
the Pop-Pin knob.
The Central Beam will disengage from the main frame and can be slowly
lowered to the ground.
Walk to the rear of the rower and lift the back section up from the Central
Beam End Cap until the Pop-Pin securely snaps into place.
If you wish to move the unit, unplug the power adapter from the machine
and roll the unit by pushing it from the rear stabilizer.
