Maintenance checklist;
We recommend to download and use the maintenance checklist to
keep a record of when maintenance checks are done, by whom, what issues are found and who
resolved them. This should be kept in a safe place with a copy of the user manual for the
BaseLine® and the maintenance checklist. This maintenance log sheet is available in Excel
format, together with the digital copy of this document.
