Computer Operation

 

BUTTON FUNCTIONS:

 

RECOVERY 

A er computer is already reading/displaying a 

numeric value in the PULSE window:  

 

Press to enter into pulse recovery tes ng  

 

To exit pulse recovery mode

 

MODE 

In STOP mode: 

 

To scroll and select desired func on window 

for to set Program or preset target value  

In START mode:  

 

To select between paired display of: 

RPM/ODO, or, CAL/PULSE  

ENTER 

 

To con

rm selected Program  

 

To con

rm preset target value for 

TIME/DISTANCE/CAL  

UP 

 

To scroll up through workout programs  

 

To increase value of selected workout 

func on 

 

During the workout: to increase the 

resistance level  

ST/SP 

 

Start and/or Pause workout sessions 

 

Holding bu on for 2 seconds will RESET all 

func on values to be zero 

 

 

Scroll down through workout programs 

 

Decreases value of selected workout 

func on 

 

During the workout: to decrease the 

resistance level 

GENERAL COMPUTER OPERATION ("HOW-TO"): 

1. Ensure that your unit is plugged-in to an electrical source. Press any bu on and/or pedal to power on the 

computer. 

2. Use UP and DOWN to select your desired workout Program, then press ENTER. 
3. 

Pre-se ng Workout Func ons 

The computer allows you to pre-set certain func ons. In other words, you can pre-set* your own workout target 

goals for func ons TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES. 

*NOTES: 

 

Some func ons are not adjustable in certain programs; the computer should automa cally skip over any 

func ons in such cases.  

 

When you preset any func ons, the display will countdown from your value. Once "0" is reached, the 

computer will beep to signal you have reached/completed your goal. 

Once a Program has been selected: 

A. Press ENTER so that TIME fun

B. Use UP or DOWN to set desire
