      insert three 

Hex Bolts (#41 )

 through the

Support Plate C

(#112A)

 and then through the 

Upright (#103)

 and 

Upright

Base (#1102)

 followed by the 

Dip Arm (#105R)

. Hand-tighten   

them with three 

Nylon

 

 Nuts (#25)

.

C.  Repeat this process on the opposite side.
