Carefully pull out the

Strap (#31)

and hold on the

Strap (#31)

while removing the

Protective Packing Material

(#32)

without letting go of the

Strap (#31)

. Insert the

Handlebar (#30)

through the

Strap (#31)

and align the

Handlebar (#30)

to the center of the strap.

Plug in the

AC Adapter (#26)

male plug into the female socket located at the rear end of the unit.
