WHAT TO DO IF…
What to do if…?
Action(s) to be taken
The hands are not
immediately set back at
noon when the clock
switches on.
1) Charge the clock via USB.
2) Make sure that the clock has sufficient light exposure (at different
times of the day) by measuring the ambient light level.
Refer to chapter
3.1 Measurement of light level.
No synchronisation
during installation.
Check that:
1) The master clock is in INIT mode.
2) The clock to be synchronised is not too far from the DHF
transmitter.
3) The clock has enough power (charge the clock via USB if
necessary).
Observe the behaviour of the INIT LED and refer to chapter
3.2 INIT
Mode.
The hands remain
at noon.
1) Check that the clock has enough power:
- Check that the switch is on “ON” mode.
- Charge the clock via USB.
- Make sure that the clock has sufficient light exposure (at different
times of the day) by measuring the ambient light level.
Refer to chapter
3.1 Measurement of light level.
2) Check clock synchronisation:
- Pairing during installation: see case described above (“No
synchronisation during installation”).
- Following the initial pairing:
• Check that the DHF transmitter is operational and still
transmitting on the same channel as when installing the clock.
• Check that the clock is not too far from the DHF transmitter.
