the adapter wiring harness

to the black 18-pin

socket casing (40) on the basic retrofit wiring
harness kit.
Branch

A2

, white 6-pin plug casing on the

adapter wiring harness

is not required.

Affix the protective strip (15) to the cable so

that the plug connections (

A1

+

40

) and branch

A2

are enclosed in it.

Lay the adapter wiring harness

A

with branch

A3

to the footwell on the passenger side and secure
it with cable ties.

14. To install and connect the adapter cable in cars

without SA 640 telephone preparation
