SCOPE
OF
APPLICATION
This stretcher-trolley is intended to be used, according to its specifications, options and fittings,
for carrying casualties and performing the day care and emergency services provided in a
hospital.
It is used for the transport, welcoming, transfer, rest and recovery of a patient.
1.3
PUPROSE
OF
THE
OPERATING
MANUAL
Healthcare professionals, this Operating Manual has been prepared for you in aim of providing
all of the necessary information and all of the precautions to be implemented for a safe and
independent use.
The instructions concerning the maintenance and monitoring of the product ensure its service life.
It is therefore essential that all of the personnel read this manual and be informed of the handling
procedures and risks related to the use of the stretcher-trolley. It shall be handled by a qualified
person, who is aware of the risks related to a bad use.
1.4
USERS
Healthcare professionals: physicians, caregivers and agents approved by Technical Services who
are accustomed to working with similar equipment can operate all functions.
In use cases where the patient is the operator (
use of the remote control only
), the caregivers
must first ascertain the patient’s ability to use the product. The caregivers must also teach the
patient how to safely use the product: adjustment to low position to step off the product.

STORAGE
This Operating Manual shall be kept near the product in a location provided for this purpose. It
shall be kept away from any element and substance compromising its legibility.
