PLEASE READ THE SAFETY ADVICE CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
- The appliance is intended for domestic use only. Do not use
this appliance for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Do not operate the appliance in a room where flammable
liquids, solvents or varnishes are stored and/or where
flammable vapours may exist.
- Do not attempt to disassemble this appliance, repair it or
perform any modifications yourself. This appliance does not
contain any parts that can be used separately.
- Keep plastic packaging out of the reach of children.
SAFETY ADVICE (Installation)
- Information on appliance installation is provided in the
Installation section on pages 16 to 19.
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-
outlet.
- WARNING : Means for disconnection having a contact
separation in all poles must be incorporated in the fixed
wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
- CAUTION : In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent
resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be
supplied through an external switching device, such as a
timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on
and off by the utility.
- WARNING : This appliance must only be used as a fixed
appliance. It must be attached vertically and securely to a
vertical wall. Any other position is potentially dangerous.
- The heater must be installed so that switches and other con-
trols cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.
- The heater must be installed at least 1.8m above the floor.
