2. Rotate hanger key 90° in either direction
until hole in hanger key aligns with
post on headband. Pull key away from
headband.
3. Move key to desired vertical position.
4. Rotate hanger key 90° toward headband
until key locks in place.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for other hanger keys.
6. Reinstall Suspension into helmet.
For adequate protection this helmet must fit
or be adjusted to the size of the user's head.
The helmet is made to absorb the energy of a
blow by partial destruction or damage to the
shell and the harness, and even though such
damage may not be readily apparent, any
helmet subjected to severe impact should be
replaced.
The attention of users is also drawn to the
danger of modifying or removing any of the
original component parts of the helmet,
other than as recommended by the helmet
manufacturer. Helmets should not be adapted
for the purpose of fitting attachments in
any way not recommended by the helmet
manufacturer.
Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or
self-adhesive labels, except in accordance
with instructions from the helmet
manufacturer
ADJUSTING THE SUSPENSION SIZE
Sure-lock Ratchet Suspension
1. Pull out the knob to adjust, press knob to
lock tightly.
2. Turn the knob counterclockwise until
headband opens to largest size.
3. Place helmet on your head, and then
turn the knob clockwise until headband is
comfortable and snug.
NOTE:
Do not overtighten.
USE
CHECK BEFORE USE
Always do a visual inspection of the helmets
immediately before use to ensure that it is in a
serviceable condition and operates correctly;
The helmet should have no sharp, burr,
damaged, missing part, cracks, nicks or breaks.
WARNING!
To ensure the safety of users, the device
should be regularly periodic examinations
per a month by a competent person strictly
in according with manufacturer's periodic
examination procedure for continued
efficiency and durability of the device.
RESCUE DURING ACCIDENT
Before and during use, consideration should be
given as to how any rescue could be safely and
efficiently carried out.
MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
• Clean the helmet with mild soap and
lukewarm water. Do not use paints,
solvents, chemicals, adhesives, gasoline or
like substances on this helmet. The impact
resistance and other protective properties
of the helmet may be destroyed by such
substances. The loss of these protective
properties may not be apparent or readily
detectable by the user.
• After each use, disinfection should be
done and the use of agents that are not
known to be harmful to the wearer;
STORAGE
Store the helmet in a cool, dry and clean place
out of direct sunlight. Avoid area where heat,
moisture, light, oil, or their vapours or other
degrading elements may be present.
