Mandatory letter case conversion

This setting allows you to lock down the case state of the scanner's virtual

keyboard letters.  If  it  is  set  to  "all  capitals",  all  the  letters  in  the  output  data  are
uppercase  or  lowercase,  and  all  are  converted  to  uppercase  letters;  If  it  is  set  to  "all
lowercase",  all  the  letters  in  the  output  data  are  uppercase  or  lowercase  and  all
lowercase.
