TROUBLESHOOTING

Blueant Headphones Stereo Streaming and Voice Chatting

Problem

Solution

Check the Headphones are powered on and in discoverable mode. Check the pin key has been
entered properly during service discovery.

Make sure you are correctly entering pairing mode.

Unable to discover Bluetooth stereo
headphone

Headphones do not respond to
commands

Remove battery and re-insert for a 3 second reboot.

Cannot get my music program to output
sound to headphones

Check if the Sound and Multimedia properties have been set to BluePC – Stereo Audio Wave. Click
'Listen to Audio' and select Audio Connection for BLUEANT Headphones.

If the connection cannot be made after repeated tries, use

Bluetooth Manager

to delete pairing

information in the computer and also delete pairing information on the headphones.

(Select BLUEANT Headphones from the device list in Bluetooth Manager and delete the BLUEANT
Headphones. Next on the headphones Delete Pairing info by Clicking Vol-Down and Play together for
3 seconds until the LED flashes.)

Now to reconnect. Double click

Bluetooth Devices

icon on desktop and double click BLUEANT

Headphones. Double click 'Obtain Services' and Double click each of the 3 icons to activate each
Service. Blueant Serial Port, Blueant Headset, and Blueant Stereo

Headphones do not connect to PC
