Safety signs
Warning, danger, caution.
Read the documentation and safety instructions for the product provided in
the manual.
Always wear a helmet, ear protectors and protective goggles during
operation.
Always wear safety shoes and gloves.
Never move your hands or feet near the moving parts and always stand back
from the cutting element, which will continue rotating even after the engine
has been switched off.
Always remember that stones and other objects can fly out from under the
cutting element.
No people, animals or delicate property must come within 15 meters of the
machine’s operating radius.

Appropriate clothing and protection means
Carefully read the following instructions regarding the type of clothing and protection means prior to using
the machine.
•
Wear close-fitting work suits (avoid wearing loose shirts or unfastened articles of clothing).
•
Avoid wearing jewellery, ties, scarves or anything else that might get caught up in the branches of shrubbery
or the moving parts of the machine.
•
Tie up your hair so that its is always above shoulder length.
•
Wear closed work shoes or boots equipped with nonslip soles to guarantee a perfect tread on the ground (never
use the machine barefoot or wearing open, low shoes or slippers).
•
Wear the helmet whenever the risk of falling objects arises during pruning operations or the cutting of tall
shrubbery.
•
The use of the face-mask and/or fog-proof goggles is essential for the protection of the faces and eyes. Wear
them always!
•
Protect your hearing by wearing head-phones or earplugs.
•
Always wear work gloves for protection against cutting whenever handling the blades, knives, or cutting parts
