Structure of the device
Make sure that the turntable is level at the desired place! Use a straight underground for this. Com-
pensation on uneven surfaces is possible by unscrewing the feet. Use a spirit level (not included in
the scope of delivery) to straighten the base plate.
Placing the turntable:
remove the protective cap from the axle. Remove the red protective cap on
the bottom of the turntable and place it carefully. If the turntable is properly placed, the distance
from the lower edge of the plate to the underlying plate should be approximately 5 - 6 mm. Check
whether the turntable can be easily turned by hand.
Positioning the motor:
take the drive motor out of the plastic bag and place it on the left-hand
side of the turntable’s round recess on the. The supplied plug-in adapter is connected to the 15/18V
input jack of the motor. Now place the transparent plastic template on the motor pulley and push
the motor towards the turntable until the template touches the turntable.
Connecting the drive belt:
The white drive belt is led around the turntable on the outside and
placed over the transparent pulley of the motor.
Speed adjusting:
the motor has a 2-level pulley. When the belt is mounted on the upper level, the
rotational number of the turntable is 33.3 rpm. 45 rpm when it is mounted on the lower pulley.
Commissioning the motor:
the motor has a switch with I / 0 label at the top. By pressing „I“ the en-
gine is supplied with voltage. The red control LED next to the switch lights up and the pulley sets the
turntable in rotation above the mounted belt. Pressing the side marked „0“ on the switch interrupts
the voltage and the turntable comes to a standstill after a short time
