Caution
Please note that the rear wall needs to be
separated from the housing to attach and
service the unit.

Remove the screws 1 to 6.


The power supply has to be connected to
the socket in the unit.

Loosen screws 1 to 4 to open the housing
After connecting the unit to a compressed-air sup-
ply (pmin = 7 bar, pmax = 16 bar), the power sup-
ply can be established (230 v, 50 Hz). The readiness
for operation is indicated by the display of the initi-
al setpoint value of 2.0 bar in the upper LC display.
The setting of the pressure reducer to 6 bar should
be checked. Every time the unit is switched on, an
ambient pressure compensation is carried out by
the filling hose. For this reason, the unit must not
be connected to a tyre before switching on (fault
message E –5).
