Deleting all the lists for all CDs

You can delete all stored tracks for all
the CDs.

Press and hold button 2 

>

 for

longer than eight seconds until you
have heard all three confirmation
beeps.

CD and CD changer mode

Naming CDs

You can also name CDs in CD changer
mode (not in the case of the Compact
Drive MP3).

To name CDs in the CD changer,

select the “CDC NAME” item in the
menu.

When in CD changer mode, carry
out the steps described in the
“Naming CDs” section in the CD
mode chapter (P. 64).

CD names in CD changer mode can be
a maximum of seven characters long,
and up to 99 names can be stored.

Deleting a CD name

You can quickly and easily delete a CD
name. This description replaces the
description on page 65 of the operating
instructions and also applies to CD
changer mode.

Listen to the CD whose name you
want to delete.

Press the MENU button

The name of the CD is displayed.

Keep the MENU button
