DAB Regional (TA-REG):
Since DAB frequencies are broad-
cast over a large area of the coun-
try, the situation may arise whereby
you receive traffic announcements
that are irrelevant for your region.
In order to avoid this, the DAB
broadcasting ranges are divided
into regions.
Switching TA-REG on/off

If you wish to receive announcements
that apply to particular regions, select

Selecting the memory bank
With this device, you can store DAB sta-
tions in four memory banks (D1, D2, D3
and DT).
Five stations can be stored in each
memory bank.

Tuning into ensembles
With DAB, several stations on one fre-
quency are combined in an “ensemble”.
Selecting an ensemble
You can directly select ensembles that
you have received once already (for this
to work, the ensemble must be receiv-
able).

The name of the current ensemble is
displayed.

again whilst the ensemble name is
being displayed.
The name of the next or previous known
ensemble is displayed. The first availa-
ble station in the ensemble is played.
Ensemble seek tuning
You can find new ensembles using seek
tuning.

For seek tuning downwards or up-
wards, press the or button

for longer than two seconds.
The unit tunes into the next receivable
ensemble. The ensemble name is brief-
ly displayed. The first available station
in the ensemble is played.
