Auto Cooking Function 

The Auto Cooking Function allows you to set any or all cooking zones up so that they run at a high power 
level for a period of time, and then drop the power down to a lower level. 

1.  The appliance must be in set to 

Operating-Mode

.  

2.  Press any cooking zone 

Power Slide Touch Control

 (04) until the correct power level is displayed and 

then hold for 3 seconds. The 

Cooking Zone Power LED Display

 (12) will start to alternate between the 

setting and “A”, and the cooking zone will start to cook at power level 9 for the specified time (see table). 

3.  After the time has elapsed, the power will drop down to the set level. 

4. 

To disable the Auto Cooking Function, press the 

Power Slide Touch Control

 of the cooking zone and set 

a new power level.

 

 
Vertical Bridge Zones Function 

The Vertical Bridge Zones Function allows you to control the front and rear cooking zones from a single touch 
control (making it easier to cook something in a long pan, like fish, that covers both cooking zones). When in 
operation, the cooking zone control of the rear cooking zone (1

st

 and 3

rd

 cooking zone controls from the left) 

controls both cooking zones, while cooking zone control of the front cooking zone is disabled (2

nd

 and 4

th

 from 

the left). Pressing a sensor on the rear control will activate the displays of both cooking zones, except that the 
front cooking zone

 (03) of the two cooking zones to be 

linked (left pair or right pair) simultaneously until the

up on each of the cooking zone control panels (the front

 (12) will be 

disabled.  

  This function will work with the Timer and Auto Cook Functions, but not with the Boost or Super Boost 

Functions.  

3.  To disable the function, press the pair of 

Melting, Keep Warm & Boil Control Function Touch Controls

 

simultaneously again. The 

Vertical Bridge Zones Function

 

Indicators 

will turn off and the power level of 

both cooking zones will revert to 0. 

  Note: For efficient cooking, both cooking zones must be covered by suitable cookware (small pots can be 

used between the 2 cooking zones, but this function is best used with long trays or larger pots). 

 
Melting, Keep Warm and Boil Control Functions 

The Melting, Keep Warm and Boil Control Functions can be used to keep food at a certain temperature for 
long periods of time (up to 2 hours). The cookware can be removed from the element for up to 10 minutes 
without disabling the function. 

1.  The appliance must be in set to

2. Press

activate the Melting Function (temperature set at 42

C), indicated by the lower 

Melting, Keep Warm & 

Boil Control Function Setting Icon 

(07).  

3.  Press again to activate the Keep Warm Function (temperature set at 70

C), indicated by the middle

4.  Press the touch control a third time to activate the Boil Control Function (temperature set at 94

C), 

indicated by the highest 

Melting, Keep Warm & Boil Control Function Setting Icon

.  

5.  Pressing again will cycle the function back to the first setting.  
6.  The function can be disabled by adjusting the cooking zone power level. 

 

Stop N Go Function 

The Stop N Go Function allows you to stop all activity on the appliance (cooking, timers) and restart for where 
you left off at a later time. 

1.  While the appliance is in 

Operating-Mode

, press the 

Stop N Go/Recall Function

 (02). A 

pause symbol “ll” will appear in each 

Cooking Zone Power LED Display

 (12) and the indicator above the 

sensor will light up. All functions will pause, and all touch sensors disabled (except for

2.  Once ready to restart, press the 

Stop N Go/Recall Function

 (02) again. The indicator 

above the sensor will flash for 2 seconds and the 

Power Slide Touch Control

 (04) of the right hand 

cooking zone control panel will start to flash. Press that 

Power Slide Touch Control

 (04) within the 2 

seconds and the pause symbols will disappear. The appliance will then continue to work as it was before.
