In this mode, you are required to input the following
i) Weight (lbs): Default is 150 with range 50-400 in increment of 2
Make selection using keys in Parameter Settings and press “ENTER” to confirm
ii). Time (minutes): Default is 20 with range 20-60 in increment of 1
Make selection using keys in Parameter Settings and press “ENTER” to confirm
iii) Age: Default is 30 with range 13-113 in increment of 1
Make selection using keys in Parameter Settings and press “ENTER” to confirm
iv) BPM: This value changes according to your last input in Age selection. You can
also choose your own pulse value or press “ENTER” to accept default value. The
chart below indicates the default BPM value per age group. Each age group has
its own recommended low side (L) and high side (H) BPM for your reference.
