PROGRAM SET-UP
9 HOLE AND 5K RUN PROGRAMS
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the 9 HOLE or 5K RUN key ~ Display window will show LBS.
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show Level (L1-L10)
5. Adjust level with the keys.
6. Press ENTER
WEIGHT LOSS AND INTERVAL PROGRAMS
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the WEIGHT LOSS or INTERVAL keys~Display window will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show level (L1-L10)
5. Adjust level with the keys.
6. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show MIN.
7. Adjust your time with the keys.
8. Press ENTER
CALORIE GOAL PROGRAM
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the CALORIE GOAL key ~ Display window will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show CAL
5. Adjust your calorie goal with the keys. (This will set your calorie
goal)
6. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show level (L1-L10)
7. Adjust your level with the keys.
8. Press ENTER
HEART RATE PROTECTION PROGRAM
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the HEART RATE key ~ Display will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
