Fuel Filter & Air Filter
The fuel tank of this machine is equipped with
a fuel filter located at the free end of the fuel
pipe. Periodically ask an authorized service
centre or a similarly qualified person to check
and replace it if necessary. Do not attempt to
make adjustments by yourself!
Inspect the air filter at least every 25 h of use.
Clean or replace it with a new one if neces-
sary:

Open the air filter box

2.
Tab the filter on a stable surface to remove
dust. Use high pressure air (max. 3 bar) to
remove stubborn dust.
3.
Apply a small amount of air filter oil and tab
the filter again to remove surplus oil.
4.
Reinstall the air filter in the air filter box

and close it.
Storing
Always empty the fuel tank when the ma-
chine shall be stored for a period longer than
30 days.

Unscrew and remove the fuel tank cap

2.
Use a proper fuel pump to empty the fuel
tank

in an adequate container suitable
for such substances.
3.
Properly clean any spilled fuel mixture with
a soft cloth.
4.
Store the machine and its accessories in a
dark, dry, frost free, well-ventilated loca-
tion and out of the reach of children.
5.
Cover the machine and its accessories
with a cloth or foil to protect it from dust.
Caution!
If the brushcutting blade is
installed prior to storing, make sure
to attach the blade guard.
Noise & Vibration
The values given in these instructions have
been measured in accordance with a stand-
ardized measurement procedure specified in
EN ISO 22867:2011 and can be used to com-
pare machines.
It may be used for a preliminary assessment
of exposure.
Warning!
The vibration emission
during actual use can differ from the
declared total value depending on
the use of the machine.
Caution!
Petrol deteriorates over
time. Starting the engine may be-
come difficult if the fuel mixture is too old.
Warning!
Make sure the machine is
switched off, has completely cooled
down and the spark plug connector is re-
moved.
