BlackBerry Media Sync synchronizes empty playlists to the device if all the songs in the
playlist are missing in iTunes.
Impact:
Confusing for users as empty playlists should not be synchronized.
Workaround:
None.

During a sync, if a user disconnects and quickly reconnects a device, BlackBerry Media
Sync closes.
Impact:
The software does not continue syncing the playlists as expected.
Workaround:
None.
SDR 192676
BlackBerry Media Sync shows podcasts that have not yet been synced to the device to
the overall file count.
Impact:
The number of podcasts is incorrect.
Workaround:
None.
SDR 189489
If two playlists with the same name are synchronized to BlackBerry Media Sync, the
second one has a “_1” appended to the file name. If the first playlist is deleted, then the
playlist name with “_1” should revert back to the original name.
Impact:
The original name should be used.
Workaround:
Rename the playlist, synchronize.

Some songs in a playlist are not synchronized to the device when using the automatic
fill option.
Impact:
These songs should be synchronized as they are playable.

A playlist (List 1) is not renamed to its original name if it is renamed on the device (List
2) and another sync is performed.
Impact:
There are now two playlists on the device, List 1 and List 2, but List 2 cannot be
managed by BlackBerry Media Sync.
Workaround:

Renamed, empty playlist is left on the device after using BlackBerry Media Sync to
delete the playlist.
Impact:
Playlist should be deleted.
Workaround:
Delete the playlist manually.
Playlists
SDR 206475
BlackBerry Media Sync does not respond, or responds very slowly, when you try to
select several playlists very quickly.
Impact:
BlackBerry Media Sync is unresponsive and the playlists aren’t selected.
Workaround:
Select individual or fewer playlists at time.
SDR 209195
In the BlackBerry Media Sync logs, an unsupported audio file name's title is written in
Unicode, for example, u0043\.
Impact:
You can’t read the file’s name.
