This message appears when you try to reset your smartphone while the smartphone is deleting data. Your smartphone 
deletes your smartphone data when you exceed the number of allowed smartphone password attempts.
If your email account uses a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, your administrator might be able to change options that will 
minimize the chance of this error message appearing again. For more information, contact your administrator.
