head are fixed tightly to the base of blender jar (18).

•  Put required food into the jar (18).

(17) properly.

and then rotate the jar clockwise to lock it into place.

turn clockwise to secure firmly.

•  Make sure that the switch is in “0” position, plug in the

motor base and use pulse 'P' 1 - 2 times for

pre-grinding, then choose '1' or '2' speed for finished

grinding.

Cookery tips

•  Refrigerated ingredients, such as butter and eggs,

should be at room temperature before processing

begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of time.

•  To eliminate the possibility of egg shells in your recipe,

break eggs into separate container first, then add to the

mixture.

•  Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures as

recommended in your recipe. Fold dry ingredients until

they are just combined using the low speed setting.

•  Climatic conditions. Seasonal temperature changes,

temperature of ingredients and their texture variation all

play a part in the required mixing time and the results

achieved.

•   Always start processing at lower speed. Gradually

increase to the recommended speed as stated in the

recipe.

 Before performing any maintenance:

•  Switch off and disconnect from the mains supply.
