7. Console Commands (SW1042A-MM, SW1045A-MM)
The following commands are available from the RS-232 console port or from the Ethernet network port on models of the A/B
Switch that support these remote control interfaces. All commands are case insensitive, although several parameters are case
sensitive (read/write community names and web and telnet passwords). GET, SET, and SYSTEM can all be abbreviated by the first
letter of the command. This allows shorthand entry of switching commands. Each available command is shown along with an
example of a typical response.
GET ALL
Displays all parameters and settings. An example output is shown here.

GET VERSION
Displays the software revision of the system.

GET SYSTEM
Displays the system status. This is the same as the status returned by the SNMP variable d1000SwitchControl. It will report “A” if
the switch is in position A, and “B” if the switch is in position B.
