1. Transmit control

Line transmit signal may be:

- controlled by RTS (S7 on position A)
- permanent (S7 on position B)

DTR interface signal may be used or not by the modem depending
on strap Y:

- Y 1-2 : DTR is ignored (Factory setting)
- Y 2-3 : DTR must be at space level
