Information and Diagnostics
This chapter describes the Information and Diagnostics screens. The Information and
Diagnostics screens are for information only. You cannot change any values.
The Information Screen
The Information screen shows:
• Customer Service number. Refer also to the Product Support page at the front of
this User Guide, for the relevant Customer Service information for your location.
• The software version of your videophone. You will need to quote the software
version if you contact Black Box Technical Support.
• The serial number of your videophone. You will need to quote the serial number
if you contact Black Box .
To display the Information screen (typical screen shown below):
1.
Press the menu button, then press the number 8 key.
2.
Press the exit button to return to the Setup Menu.
