The IDSL Line Driver can also operate at the 19.2 kbps synchronous
rate. To operate at 19.2 synchronous, set Switches S1-1 and S1-2 both
to the OFF position and Switch S2-1 to the ON position (see Section
3.2.1 for a description of Switch S2-1).
