At the end of a working day, clean the equipment, both for hygienic reasons
and to avoid malfunctioning.
•
The oven must never be cleaned using direct or high pressure water jets.
•
Never use pan-scrubbers, steel brushes, or scrapers or abrasive cleaners to
clean the inside or outside of the oven to clean
•
Wait for the cooking compartment to cool down.
•
Remove the side tray racks. Clean by hand or in dish washer
•
To clean the oven external parts, use a damp cloth and a non-aggressive
cleaner
•
Clean all 4 sides of the glass on the door see illustration
