Certificate of Decontamination
We respect the health and safety of our clients and employees, and
request that any products or accessories being returned are
decontaminated in accordance with the procedure below.
1. Decontamination Procedure
Thoroughly clean all outside surfaces of the product (including any
accessories, power cords, manuals, packaging, etc) with a damp cloth
soaked with suitable disinfectant solution (such as Virkon).
Allow to dry fully before packing.
