Description of SFP optical ports
The optical ports are equipped with SFP slots and CU module with four dedicated SFP/SFP +
slots. The range and type of connector depends on the type of SFP insert. SFP slots support 100 and
1000 Mbit/s and SFP/SFP + slots support 1G/2.5G/10Gb.

version CCp – 80-360VDC or 75-270VAC redundant power supply
•
75-270VAC power supply does not support PoE function
•
Optional two supply inputs – redundant

Screw block connectors for DC or AC power supply

The power supplies in the device are protected against inverted power polarity. In case of
reversing the polarity at the moment of connecting the power supply, the device will work.

IRST START

After connecting the power supply with appropriate parameters to the inputs, the PWR LED should
first light up, flashing alternately in two colours: orange and green, and then switch only to green. If
only one of the power supply inputs is used, only one PWR diode corresponding to this input will
light up.
The red "ERR" LED's indicating the status of the modules and start blinking, which indicates that
the device is starting up. When the "ERR" LED's do not light up, the switch is ready for operation.
The device can be managed using the recommended Ethernet NMI or RJ45 interface via the RS-
232 console.
