FOR BEST RESULTS:
• Your Helmet Safety Light is designed to mount on the back, and left side of your helmet. Before
installation, verify (test fit) that the entire LED light assembly will properly mount in this area without
any interference.
• During the installation of the light assembly, your helmet should be dry and at room temperature (65
degrees Fahrenheit – minimum). This will allow the 3M adhesive backing on the “LED light strip”
and “power block”, to set up properly.
• After installation allow adhesive backing to cure at room temperature for 12 hours.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• Using one of the supplied alcohol wipes, thoroughly clean the surface where
the LED light strip will mount on the back-center of your helmet.
• Remove the adhesive backing from the LED light strip, and with the power
cord oriented on the left side, firmly press the LED light strip to the helmet.
Start in the middle and work your way out making sure there are no air gaps
and that the edges are firmly secured.
• Using a second supplied alcohol wipe, thoroughly clean the area where the power block will mount on
the left side of your helmet.
• Remove the adhesive backing from the power block, and with the block oriented as shown in the photos,
firmly press the power block to the helmet.
