Possible causes Remedies

Superb Sweep Turbo is not charged thoroughly

Make sure Superb Sweep Turbo has
been properly plugged into an outlet for
the recommended amount of time. See
"Charging the Battery" on page 5

Dirt cup is not secure in the unit

Press down on the unit for a snug fit
