Ensure collection tank is locked into the unit securely

Remove collection tank and re-install by placing the collection tank bottom first into the cavity, then tilt it forward,
pressing gently at the top until it ‘snaps’ closed. Does it lock into place?

Yes, refer customer to an Authorized Service Center
Yes, try unit now, is there suction?
No, the Collection tank clip may be broken. Advise
customer to call Bissell Free Call 1800 number
again and press
