FAULT MODE INDICATION 

This product has intelligent software that monitors performance and shuts down the product to protect the battery if a fault 

occurs. If a fault has occurred with the machine, all 6 battery LEDs will flash on and off. To understand the reason for the fault, 

simply press the battery check button. One (or more) LED will stay lit, while the others continue to flash. (More than 1 fault 

LED may be on at one time.) Follow the instructions below to identify and correct the fault.

LED 6  

Brush motor over current

Disconnect the main power supply and slide storage/standby switch to STORAGE 
mode. Inspect the brush roll chamber and remove any blockages present. Reset the 
machine and continue.

LED 5  

Vacuum motor over current

Disconnect the main power supply and slide storage/standby switch to STORAGE 
mode. Inspect along the entire air path and remove blockages, empty the dirt cup, 
and clean the filter. Reset the machine and continue.

LED 4  

Under heat <-20°C

The product is too cold. Move to an area where the temperature is above -20°C.
Reset the machine and continue.

LED 3  

Over heat >60°C

Disconnect the main power supply and slide storage/standby switch to STORAGE 
mode. Inspect along the entire air path and remove blockages, empty the dirt cup, 
and clean the filter. Reset the machine and continue. If using the machine on heavy-pile 
carpet, consider turning off the brush roll.

LED 2  

Charge timeout

Disconnect the main power supply and slide storage/standby switch to STORAGE mode. 
After three minutes, reconnect the machine and slide the switch to STANDBY mode. 

LED 1  

<9V in battery

Battery operation locked out from accepting charge. Return product to service agent 
for repair. 

LOW VACUUM LED  

AC dropout

Disconnect the power cord and slide storage/standby switch to STORAGE mode. After 
three minutes, reconnect the cord and slide storage/standby switch to STANDBY mode.
