CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Always keep the oven clean
2. WARNING
: Always turn off the oven and remove the power plug from the wall socket
before cleaning.
3. Cleaning the window, the inner door panel and oven front.
The inner door panel and oven front should be free of food and/or grease build-up. Mild
detergent may be used if the oven gets very dirty. Avoid the use of spray and other harsh
cleaners as they may stain, streak or dull the door surface. Never use abrasive powders or
pads.
4. Cleaning the control panel and plastic parts.
Do not apply a detergent or an alkaline liquid spray to the control panel and plastic parts,
as this may cause damage to these parts. Use a damp cloth to clean these parts.
5. Cleaning the oven interior.
After use, be sure to clean up spilled liquids, spattered oil and food debris immeadiately.
If the oven is used when dirty, cooking/heating efficiency can be affected. The dirt gets
stuck on the oven surface and may cause bad odours. Clean the interior with a damp cloth
soaked in warm water and mild detergent, then wipe dry.
6. Remove odors from your oven by combining a cup of water with the juice and skin of one
lemon in a deep microwaveable bowl, microwave for 5 minutes. Wipe thoroughly and dry
with a soft cloth.
7. Clean the oil barrier regularly. This will ensure that no accumulated oil on the barrier will
fall on food or liquid when the appliance is in use.
8. Clean the air filter regularly.The appliance will over heat if the filter is blocked.
9. Ensure that the oil filter and the air filter has been properly reinstalled before using the
appliance.
CAUTION
: Do not wipe plastic and painted sections of the appliance with bleach, thinners or
other cleaning agents, as this may damage these parts of the appliance.
