Measurement Process
The 7027 measures the average power of up to four states within a pulse
period, see
. Each state is defined with begin and end times. The begin
and end times are referenced to the internal reference signal or may be
referenced to an external sync pulse.

State Average Measurements
The average pulse power measurement interval for each state begins at the
user specified begin time and ends at the user specified end time. There may be
four different states specified, each with a begin and end time.
