CUSTOMER SUPPORT & WARRANTY
1. If the device breaks while it is still under warranty, and the device has
been used correctly in accordance with the instructions in the Safety
Guide and Operating Manual, the label on the device, as well as the
warnings listed on the Bioprogramming Club Website, the device will be
repaired at no cost.
2. Please contact the WEB Repair Application Center or the Repair Center
regarding repairs covered under warranty.
3. Please note that the following repairs are not covered under warranty:

5. Please take care to not lose the warranty card as it will not be reissued.

*Please note personal information as provided by the customer (on the warranty
card,) may be used during the warranty period for performing warranty-covered
repairs and safety inspections.
*Repairs covered under warranty are guaranteed for the period indicated on the
warranty card, and in accordance with the warranty conditions. This does not
limit any legal rights of the customer. For questions regarding repairs after the
warranty period has ended, please contact the Repair Center.

The warranty card is inside the box. Please make sure the name of the
retailer where the product was sold, as well as the date of purchase etc.
are clearly printed on the warranty card. Carefully read the contents of
the warranty and keep it in a safe location. The original warranty is
good for 6 months from date of purchase.
* Registering the device is necessary to be eligible for the extended warranty
service in the case of general household use. Registration is not necessary for
devices purchased through the Bioprogramming Club, which will automatically
receive the extended warranty period.
Please promptly contact the Repair Center or WEB Repair Application Center
below if a problem arises during use, or in case of a broken part, etc.

If your device is currently under warranty
Please provide the warranty card with the name of the retailer and the date of
purchase etc. clearly printed on the card. The device will be repaired at no cost, as
laid out in the Conditions for Repairs Covered Under Warranty.
If the warranty period has ended
The device may be repaired per customer's request, pending degree of damage and
whether repair services are available for the particular type of device. Customers will
be charged for repairs.
Repair fee system
Repair/maintenance fees vary per level of device.
Repair/maintenance fees include parts, technology, and shipment fees, etc.
For details, please refer to the "Repair Policy" on the Bioprogramming Club website.
ABOUT THE WARRANTY
Please refer to the "Troubleshooting" section of this manual. Please do not
attempt to repair the device yourself. It is dangerous to repair or disassemble
the device.

LUMIELINA, INC. and its group companies may record customerʼs personal information
and/or contents of repair inquiries, to review the companyʼs actions in regards
to the inquiry, or to confirm information. Necessary and appropriate measures will be
taken to ensure the security of personal information, which will not be disclosed to a
third party, other than for the handling of repairs, or for another legitimate reason.

Breakage or malfunction which occurred as a result of unauthorized
repairs/modifications, or if the device was used improperly.
Breakage or malfunction which occurred from using the device outside,
on a boat or any other type of vehicle, or inadvertently dropping the
device after purchase.
Breakage or malfunction resulting from fire, earthquake, flood, lightning,
or other natural disaster, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
Use of the device in a location where multiple people are present (sauna,
hot springs, or fitness gym etc.)
When the warranty card is not presented upon request for repair.
When the name of the retailer and date of purchase is not printed on the
warranty card, or when the information on the warranty card has been
modified.
Purchase of device from an unauthorized distributor, or an unauthorized
website, online auction, flea market app, etc.
Scratches and/or wear and tear of device from normal everyday use.
When a domestic-use only device is used overseas.
