It stops while operating. 

1.

 

Check if power-supply to the instrument is on. 

2.

 

Check if the Power switch has been pressed off. 

3.

 

Check if you have pressed ‘Pause” by mistake. 

4.

 

Request for Service. 

The  System  is  running  but  there 

is an error.

Check if wrong protocol has been used.   

2.

 

Check if it is operating after rerunning the same program. 

3.

Temperature does not match 

specified temperature

The  PC  software  does  not 

operate the instrument.

Inspect the network cables connecting the PC and network 

hub.

Inspect the network cables connecting the instruments and 

network hub.

Verify that the network hub power is ON. 

4.

 

Verify the PC network settings. 

5.

 

Make  sure  the  instrument  control  software  is  installed  in 

the correct folder. 

6.

 

Request for service. 

Instrument  is  not  operating  as 

expected. 

1.

 

Check  to  see  if  the  ‘Run’  button  was  pressed  more  than 

twice. 

2.

 

Check to see if the software was executed twice. 

3.

 

Restart the instrument and software. 

4.
