When  the  instrument  is  running,  ‘Stop’  button  is  activated  in  the  lower  right  of  the 

screen. In addition, the user can pause or resume the current running PCR by clicking 

the ‘Pause’ or ‘Resume’ button beside the ‘Stop’ button.
