Please read this Warranty/Service manual carefully to understand warranty period, service
terms & conditions, and most importantly locate nearest Authorized Service Centre (ASC).
Warranty Policy
Indoor Routers are warranted for a period of 3 year and accessories for 6 Month from the date
of purchase for end user/consumer against defects in material, or workmanship and is liable
for free of cost repair at Binatone Authorized Service Centre (ASC).
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty is applicable for the first purchase and in no case can be transferred/ extended.
The original purchaser should furnish copy of invoice and stamped warranty card for the
product at the ASC failing which warranty will cease.
Repairs for the product will be carried out at a Binatone ASC on “Carry-In” basis only.
While we shall make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest, however it is made
explicitly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
The company/ASC reserves the right to retain any part(s) of the component(s) replaced at its
discretion in the event of defect being noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
The warranty entails the purchaser for free of cost repairs of the unit within warranty period
and it does not entitle for replacement or fund or entire unit.
The warranty is not valid for damages resulting due to negligence, mishandling, improper use,
tampering & breakage, soaking fire, unauthorized repair & failure due to network upgrades.
The warranty is not valid if product is exposed to excessive temperature, moisture, spillage of
food or any other liquid and used with or connected to any accessory not recommended by
company.
All warranty information, product features, specifications are subject to change without prior
notice.
Binatone does not authorize any ASC/Person/entity to undertake any other obligation for
liability on Binatone other than mentioned in the warranty card.
The Delhi courts will have the jurisdiction to settle any dispute and or suits related to or arising
out of this agreement.
