Using the torch
To switch on the torch, hold down the button on the side of
the phone. Releasing the button switches the torch off.
NOTE: You can also switch the torch on permanently from the main
menu; see page 22.
Warning! The torch uses a high-brightness LED. Never aim
the beam directly into anyone’s eyes or look into the beam with
an optical instrument.
Making and answering calls
Making a call
Make sure that the phone is switched on and in service.
Key in the telephone number, including the area code. (To obtain
the prefix “+”, press
[*]
twice quickly.)
Press
Call/Answer (
)
to call the number on the display.
Press
End call (
)
to end the call.
Making a call to a fast-dial number
M1/M2/M3
Press the fast-dial button to call the number. (Instructions for
programming a fast-dial number button are given on page 16.)
Last number redial
In standby mode, press
Call/Answer
to see a list of the last ten
numbers dialled. Press the
up/down navigation buttons
to go
the number you want. Press
Call/Answer
again to call the number.
