except under special instruction from Bimar (Italy). The pages
must be reproduced and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5
(+/- 148.5 mm width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure
you keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of the
I/B. Don’t change the page numbering. Keep the language
integrity.

Turn on the empty appliance (no food products in the container) from the on/off
dial on the base and let it run for approximately 20 minutes.
Use
Put the bread (or crumbs or other foods to be heated) into the container and cover
with a cotton/linen cloth.
To avoid the risk of fire, do not use fabrics that are synthetic or can be damaged by
the heat.
Put the plug into the mains socket.
Turn the dial to the “On” position and the bread or food product will be heated
after 10-15 minutes.
To turn off the appliance, turn the dial to the “Off” position and remove the plug
from the electrical outlet. The container is hot: if you would like to bring it to the
table, use a heat resistant pot holder to avoid burning yourself.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning the appliance, turn it off, remove the plug from the outlet and
wait for it to cool.
Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning the base; do not use metal pads or abrasive
products. Do not wash it under running water, submerge it in water or put it in
the dishwasher. Before use, check that the utensil, and above all the contacts are
perfectly dry.
To clean the container, use a sponge moistened with water and rinse carefully; do
not use metal pads or abrasive products.
To replace the electrical cord a special tool is required: contact an authorised
assistance centre for eventual repairs.
If you decide to no longer use the utensil, we recommend making inoperative by
cutting off the power supply cord (after first making sure that the plug is
removed from the mains socket) and make any parts possibly used as toys
harmless.
Do not dispose of non-biodegradable products in the environment; take them to
authorised disposal centres as required by law. We advise that:-the container is
stainless steel, the base is plastic, the cord and the electrical conductors are
copper covered with rubber.
This product complies with the current regulations and legal requirements for
the safety of appliances. In particular, this appliance complies with the
requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 89/336/EEC
and the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC.
