Time and temperature adjustment: before or during cooking, the cooking time and/or
temperature can be adjusted. These parameters can be changed repeatedly.

Increasing the temperature: Press the “ ” button and the symbol flashes,
then press the “
” button to increase the parameter (each press
changes the temperature).
If the “
” button is held down, the temperature increases quickly.

Decrease the temperature: press the “ ” button and the symbol flashes,
then press the “ ” button to decrease the parameter (the temperature
changes with each press). If the “ ” button is held down, the
temperature decreases quickly.

Increase the time: press the “ ” button and the symbol flashes, then
press the “ ” button to increase the parameter (the time changes with
each press).
If the “
” button is held down, the time is increased quickly.

Decrease the time: press the “ ” button and the symbol flashes, then
press the “ ” button to change the parameter (the time changes with
each press). If the “ ” button is held down, the time decreases quickly.
The oven is also complete with the following accessories:
Rack (A), oven tray (B) and basket (C): insert them only into the 4 guides inside the oven (see
numbers 1,2,3,4 in the following pictures to choose the height of the guides according to the
programme to be prepared) until they stop completely.

Crumb tray (D): fit this underneath the bottom heating
elements; if it is not fitted or incorrectly positioned, the
worktop underneath will overheat. This tray collects crumbs.
Do not use the oven unless the crumb tray is in place.

First use
Accessories: Rack, Oven Tray, Basket: clean and wash them as indicated in the Cleaning and
Maintenance section; insert them in their respective places.
Run the appliance "empty" using the programme described below to eliminate the "new
smell" and/or any residual oil that might emit smoke.
Insert the plug into the socket, set the programme “
” and set the temperature to 230°C
and 30 minutes; during this operation it is a good idea to ventilate the room.
