Operating instructions
Before using the multimixer for the first time, clean the
detachable shaft and the accessories (except the chopper
lid) under running water to remove any packaging dust. Dry
all parts carefully afterwards.
Never switch on the multimixer before you have placed it in
the mixing beaker or other mixing vessel. The sharp blades
of the stainless steel Knives can cause injury.
Attention!
The chopper container contains a rotary blade. Do not open
the lid of the container before the blade has stopped running.
Be extremely careful when taking the blade out of the
container, when emptying or cleaning.

This device is equipped with an electronic speed controller.
When the speed control wheel is turned to the left the speed
is increased, and reduced when turned to the right.

High speed:
• to prepare baby food
• to puree fruit and vegetables
• to chop meat, herbs and nuts
Low speed:
• to mix shakes/drinks
• to whisk liquids, egg white.

How to use the detachable shaft
Use the detachable shaft for blending, mixing and pureeing
e.g. to prepare sauces, soups, puree, mayonnaise and baby
food or to mix drinks and shakes.

ning it in clockwise direction (see fig. 1).
Fill the ingredients you wish to blend in
the mixing beaker supplied

. Potatoes
or vegetables can be pureed directly in
the cooking pot. However, before doing so, first remove the
pot from the hotplate/gas.
Now plug in the multimixer. Hold it vertically in the mixing
beaker / pot and switch it on by pressing the safety switch.
Hold the mixing beaker / pot to prevent it from slipping off
the work surface due to the force of the running device.
When the blending process has finished, unplug the
multimixer from the power supply and allow it to cool down
for 5 minutes.
How to use the chopper
Use the chopper to chop or cut meat, cheese, onions, herbs
or nuts.

and fill them into the chopper container

Do not overfill the chopping container. Make sure the MAX
marking is not exceeded. Place the lid of the chopper

and lock it by turning clockwise until it
engages.

of the chopper and lock it by turning in
clockwise direction (see fig. 2).
Plug in the multimixer, press it gently
against the work surface and switch on
the safety switch.
When the chopping process has finished, unplug the
multimixer and allow it to cool down for 5 minutes.
Safety instructions
• Before connecting the device with the mains, be sure that
the local voltage corresponds to the voltage noted on the
rating label.
• Never disconnect the plug from the socket by pulling the
cord. This could cause damages to the cord or the plug.
• Disconnect the plug from mains before cleaning the device
and when not using it, to avoid injuries resulting from
unintentional operation.
• Never place the device near any source of heat, and
protect the cord from damage. Do not wind the cord
around the appliance to protect the cable from braking. Pull
the plug as soon as you stop using the multimixer.
• Children cannot estimate the dangers which can result
from the use of electric appliances. Therefore do not use
the multimixer near children and keep it out of the reach of
children.
• Do not use the multimixer if the cord is damaged, if the
device has fallen down or got damaged in any matter to
prevent electric shock. Have the device checked and
repaired by the service centre.
• The multimixer can only be repaired with special tools.
Never attempt to open the device yourself or try to
penetrate inside with metal objects. If you have any
problems, please contact the service centre.
• The multimixer is intended for use in private households
only. We assume no liability for any damage caused by
improper use, or if the appliance is used for purposes other
than those for which it is intended.
• Adhere to the maximum operating times specified, i.e. after
running the device for 1 minute, allow it to cool down for at
least 5 Minutes.
• Only use the multimixer for mixing, blending, whisking,
whipping and chopping foodstuffs and not for any other
purpose.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place!

to the right to mix the egg white/cream with low
speed.
Plug in the multimixer; hold it upright in your mixing beaker,
press the safety switch and keep it pressed until the egg
white/cream has obtained the desired stiffness.
Hold the mixing beaker firmly to prevent it from slipping off
the work surface due to the force of the running device. Do
not use the device for longer than one minute at a time at
the lowest speed. Allow the appliance to cool down
sufficiently before using it again.
Once you have finished mixing, unplug and allow the
appliance to cool down for 5 minutes.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the multimixer always disconnect it from
the mains. Allow the appliance to cool down properly
before cleaning it!
To clean the multimixer, first detach the attachments from
the motor block. Never immerse the motor block in water.
Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the device and dry
it well afterwards
The attachments can be held under running water (except
the chopper lid) to remove any food particles. Please dry all
parts carefully afterwards.
