10.2 CLEANING OF THE WORKING BENCH

Remove the grill from the worktop.

Use a steam jet to clean the collection tank.

Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pro

ducts that can damage the steel table.

4. Open to the right-sided compartment and re

move the exhaust hose from the tank.

Remove the tank with dirty water.

6. Once drained and carefully washed the tank,

place it inside the compartment and put the

exhaust hose in it..

7. Open the “BOILER DRAINING TAP” to empty the

boiler.
