Repair Service Process

· We provide 3-year free warranty repair for instrument main processor.
A repair fee will be charged according to the condition of instrument
if the 3-year quality assurance is over, and it is still within the 20-year
instrument warranty period.
· The rhythm box on Healthy Cup is warranted for 1 year.
· If there are glitches of the instrument and cable accessories that affect
the use within 30 days of purchase, they can be replaced after testing
and verification.
· Heathy Cup and Listed Cups Set - Flat Cup, Feminine Cup and Trump
Cup, are not covered under warranty, please examine the product upon
receipt, any damage unrelated to production quality is not liable for
free replacement hence must to be re-purchased.
· In the event the product is repaired or exchanged, the subsequent
warranty period will be based on the original product hence there is no
warranty period extension.
· Malfunction of instrument main processor due to natural disaster or
man-made incident will be charged a service fee according to the
faulty condition as a standard.
· This clause does not apply to instrument that has been dismantled by
unauthorized service personnel.
· The physical reaction caused by products or skin care products not by
our company has nothing to do with us.
· Our products do not have any efficacy, please consult a professional
medical institution if you have physical discomfort.
· Claims that products are from Biboting, our company reserves the
power to legal recourse.If you use products not from the company
but claim they are Biboting products, the company reserves the right to
pursue legal prosecution.
