The „minimum arc duration“ is a filter that prevents short glitches in the ns-range from
being detected by the sensitive logic of the overcurrent cut-out.
Glitches shorter than the set value are not recognised as overcurrents.
The „Duration TX_LWL1, disable“ specifies the length of time after an arc appears
during which there is no light in the fibre optic cable.
