lisulphone boilers. If in D.A. through this type
of boiler drinks are performed in an interval
lower than 4 minutes one from the other,
when the pump starts, the amount of water
required by the integration setting is loaded
from the water input electrovalve . Input cool
water is mixed with hot water in the boiler to
avoid air bubbles in the water circuit which
would cause unsteadiness for doses. This
is the reason why the correct combinations
should be found between water integration
time and desired drink temperature in the
cup.
