Programme selection button
If your hearing care professional has pro-
grammed several programmes into your hear-
ing system, you can select these using the pro-
gramme selection button. You will hear one or
more tones that signal which programme you
have just selected (1 signal tone = programme 1;
2 signal tones = programme 2; etc.).
The programmes can be chosen by tapping
the programme selection button (Symbolic
image 6).
Operation
Switch-on delay
When programming your hearing system, your
hearing care professional can activate a switch-
on delay. This allows you to apply the hearing
system’s external receiver comfortably in the ear
without any experiencing disturbing whistling
caused by acoustic feedback. After closing the
battery compartment, the hearing system will
switch on after the programmed time.
Switching on/off
• If the battery compartment
is fully closed,
the hearing system will be switched on and
programme 1 is activated.
• By opening the battery compartment
, you
will switch off the hearing system. The easi-
est way to do so is by opening the compart-
ment with your fingernail (Symbolic image 5).
